CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policy Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all scheduled appointments. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. This deposit goes toward your service total and is deducted at checkout. Cancellations: I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late/No-shows: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment online. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and will result in not being able to book again. I understand life happens so please communicate with me if you are not going to make it to your appointment. Guest Policies: No guests are allowed. This includes friends, family and children. Payments: The payment methods accepted are Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes affect my ability to serve others and sustain my business.
